This colorful Santo Domingo necklace by Chris Nieto combines a strand of apple coral beads with a striking multistone mosaic centerpiece. The round upper pendant is composed in an intricate geometric arrangement of turquoise, shell, and richly colored stone, then suspends two matching mosaic drops below. Dark dividing lines define the individual sections and give the three-piece centerpiece a crisp, graphic quality. Small groups of contrasting beads along the strand echo the varied colors of the mosaic, tying the entire design together.
