Cancel Order Request
Need to cancel your order? Here's how:
- Log into your customer account using the link at the top of our website.
- Open the order you'd like to cancel.
- Look for the cancellation request option on the order page and follow the prompts.
The cancellation option is available for unfulfilled orders within our cancellation window. If you don't see the option, your order may already be fulfilled or outside the cancellation window.
