This authentic hand-carved Zuni Black Marble Coyote Fetish is by Artist Patrick Wallace. It features authentic black marble inlaid  with turquoise eyes, a Turquoise "Spirit Offering" on the back of the Coyote, and etchings of two arrows on either side of the fetish.

The Coyote Fetish represents the Trickster, those who work well in groups, and it can also be associated with laughter and humor. To the Native Americans, this particular fetish alluded to the western directional hunting set, replacing the bear in the healing directional set.
